Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. The moving carriage provides both support and challenge, while the adjustable springs allow you to progress safely at your own pace. We recommend starting with a Fundamentals class or a private session to learn the basics and proper technique.
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit (packages) or avoid a $15 fee (memberships). No-shows and late arrivals result in the same cancellation policy.
If a spot opens more than 1 hour before class, you’ll be added in automatically. If it’s less than 1 hour before class, we’ll text you and the first person to reply gets the spot. Once you’re in, the normal cancellation rules apply.
Reformer Class pack holders may book up to 9 days in advance from the day and time of the class. Reformer Membership holders may book up to 10 days in advance from the day and time of the class. Mat Classes may book up to 5 days in advance from the day and time of the class.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and set up.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene (available for purchase at the studio). All other equipment is provided.
Yes. You may freeze your membership up to twice a year, for a maximum of 4 weeks each.
No. Credits reset each billing month, so be sure to use them within that period.
Yes. Parking is available in the lot or along the main street.
No, but we do have a unisex bathroom with two stalls.
Yes. Cubbies are available for personal belongings, plus hangers for coats.
